These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") are entered into between Butler Bookings (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Contractors (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractors") engaged by the Company. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of engagement for the provision of services by the Contractors.

1. Contractor Status:

1. a. The Contractors are engaged as self-employed individuals and are not considered employees of the Company.

1. b. The Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations, National Insurance contributions, and other statutory requirements.

1. c. The Contractors must have their own valid and up-to-date public liability insurance in place throughout the duration of their engagement with the Company.

2. Services:

2. a. The Contractors agree to provide services primarily on behalf of the Company. However, they are permitted to work for other agents or clients, provided that it does not interfere with their obligations and availability to fulfill their services for Butler Bookings.

2. b. The Contractors shall not accept or provide services directly to any clients or customers of Butler Bookings outside the scope of their engagement with the Company.

3. Confidentiality:

3. a. The Contractors shall maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information, trade secrets, or client details obtained during the course of their engagement with the Company.

3. b. The Contractors shall not disclose any proprietary information or client details to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.

4. Professionalism and Conduct:

4. a. The Contractors shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while representing the Company.

4. b. The Contractors shall adhere to the dress code, grooming standards, and behavior guidelines provided by the Company.

4. c. The Contractors shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or business interests of the Company.

4. d. Contractors must obtain written authorisation from the Company before engaging other individuals, who are registered with Butler Bookings, to fulfill their assigned duties.

4. e. The Contractors are not allowed to bring along other contractors to assignments without prior notification and consent from the Company.

4. f. Contractors must not ask customers of Butler Bookings to write reviews for any third-party websites, except for writing reviews specifically for Butler Bookings.

5. Termination:

5. a. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party 7 days in advance.

5. b. In the event of termination, the Contractors shall immediately cease providing services on behalf of the Company and return any Company property in their possession.

6. Future Work:

6. a. Contractors who breach any terms of this Agreement, including accepting private bookings from clients or customers of Butler Bookings, may not be considered for future work opportunities.

6. b. Contractors wearing uniforms promoting other companies may result in them not receiving future work from the Company.

7. Insurance:

7. a. The Contractors are responsible for having their own public liability insurance in place throughout the duration of their engagement with the Company.

7. b. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising out of the Contractors' activities or services provided.

8. Event Photography:

a. Contractors who take pictures at events must not post them online, share them on any third-party websites, or disclose them to the press without prior written consent from the Company.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9. a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Entire Agreement:

10. a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By accepting work and engaging with Butler Bookings the Contractors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
